Schon mal an spitzen Schreibtisch-ecken mit dem Oberschenkel hängengeblieben? Wir können auch anders. Einfach eine runde Sache ... Wir planen auch Einrichtungen, wenn es in den Räumen auch mal "rund" gehen darf.

Man unconsciously recognizes geometric relationships and as a result also the higher order in design. Mathematically these forms are very complicated, but humans are unconsciously aware of such relations. Who can create complex geometry? Not animals, not plants and not stones. Only the highest spirit in the creation can do this. This ability is a divine gift. If you apply more effort in geometry people can feel it. Since we perceive the effect of a form unconsciously, just like the effect of a color, this also has a specific effect on us. This can vary a great deal. Just like a mix of colors produces a mix of feelings, emotions and tendencies in our way of thinking and influences us in our decision-making, the form has the same effect.

Weitere Akustikprodukte wie z.B. Wandfliesen, Kassetten- und Deckenabhänger, die wir u.a. auf der Orgatec 2018 präsentierten, werden die nächsten Wochen in der Preisliste ergänzt. Wir möchten auch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass es, neben den in dieser Preisliste gelisteten vitAcoustic® Produkten, eine weitere OEM Einkaufs-Preisliste gibt. Darin sind die Rohplatten und die CNC Konfektion nach Auftragsdesign enthalten.

Bambus Massivholz Tischplatten und Möbelteile bieten wir nun ausschließlich aus Direktimport sehr günstig an. Die Plattenstärken 18 / 25mm wurden durch neue hochwertigere Hochkant- /Schmal-Lamellen Platten 20mm ersetzt.

Weiterhin wurde der Coffee Farbton etwas heller karbonisiert, so dass dieser neue Light Coffee Farbton dem trendigen Farbton einer Eichenplatte näherkommt.

Vorteil: Vital-Office Bambusmöbel sind eine sehr nachhaltige Anschaffung. Die speziell geölte Oberfläche der massiven Bambusplatten ist einfach vor Ort und ggf. in Eigenregie zu reparieren. Wenn die nutzungsbedingte Patina der Naturplatten nach einigen Jahren stört, können die Platten einfach und kostengünstig geschliffen und neu geölt werden, was bei furnierten, lackierten oder beschichteten Platten so nicht möglich ist. Danach sind die Bambusteile wieder wie NEU. Vital-Office und seine Vertriebspartner bieten Ihnen diesen Service auch gerne an.

Prävention, Design und Komfort: Die Vital-Office gerundeten Tischplatten werden nach wie vor preisgleich mit 3 Profilkanten angeboten. Die optionale 3D profilierte ErgoComfort Kante beugt dem Karpaltunnelsyndrom vor. Natürliche geölte oder gewachste MDF oder Bambus Massivholz Kanten zählen nach wie vor zu unseren Stärken.  Kunststoff Anleimer werden ausschließlich bei unseren geraden und kantigen Plattenteilen verwendet. Wir möchten jedoch darauf aufmerksam machen, dass wir bereits eine größere Anzahl rechteckiger Tischplatten mit gerundeten Ecken und 3d-Ergocomfot Kante geliefert haben. Die Wertigkeit und Schönheit der CNC profilierten Vital-Office Kanten ist auch bei rechteckigen Tischplatten deutlich spürbar.

The time that people spend working in the office is a regular part of life that has impacts on people’s health. The office is a working environment with many physical and psychological demands, challenges, and stresses which have a long-term effect on the person working in an office. These demands, challenges, and stresses in offices can cause psychological problems and physical ailments. A meticulous and holistic design of the working environment, however, can promote creativeness and significantly contribute to the wellbeing of body and mind. This design also promotes productivity and innovation.

Business excellence and it’s correlation to Feng Shui. Statistics like Gallup show how difficult it is to achieve business excellence and a self-learning organization with engaged employees and team working. Well engineered factories are half of the success. Neglecting the importance of office design results in a rigid, restriction driven organization. All Statistics and TQM studies show that Team working is the main key to sustainable success. To achieve team working in our offices, we need overcome the Cartesian division and perceive the organization as integral system (likewise in Business excellence).

Feng Shui, in the selected and scientifically analyzed way of the Vital-Office Concept offers practical methods to analyze and implement working organizational structures with the help of environmental stimulation towards attitude, quality, collaboration and Team work. In this extended seminar we will go in depth and outline practical methods and examples. Participants receive a certificate for attending this course.

Everyone has heard of ergonomics - after all, the word is widely used in advertising. But to think of ergonomics simply as a way of designing more comfortable goods misses the point - there is much more to ergonomics. The word ergonomics is perhaps a little intimidating, but behind it lies a very simple idea.

• Ergonomics is about ‘fit’: the fit between people, the things they do, the objects they use and the environments they work in.
• If a good fit is achieved, stress is reduced.
• We are more comfortable and can do things more quickly and easily, and we also make fewer mistakes.

The industrial science, Ergonomics, deals with the stresses and needs of working people. By recognizing and analyzing them the work environment can be better adjusted to the employees. The main task of ergonomics is avoiding incorrect operations in the security-relevant areas like airplanes, cars and power plants, by adjusting the material for the work and the work environment to the person in an optimal way. The preserving of the employee’s health is a logical consequence.

Security and Privacy are preconditions for creativity and true communication and social intelligence. Here we differentiate: Security through backing = back coverage, Security through protection = shield in front, Security through command = overview of space, Personal territory = privacy = intimate space. In practice, we can observe, if you have no security and no defined private sphere in your workplace, you then unconsciously create alternative private areas in your workplace unconsciously. Like distracting your colleagues - avoiding team work.

Louis Jordan, Business Administration student at Donghua University, Shanghai, China: This essay will explain why ergonomic office solutions should be considered by companies, who want to improve office performance and save cost, in order to be more competitive. Office work is very important for any kind of business, even manufacturing companies rely on the performance of their offices to a degree of 60 to 80%. However, to run an office is also very expensive and companies tend to economize much on offices, which could lead to undesired outcomes. The science of ergonomics tries to find out all the aspects that improve system performance and human wellbeing. Ergonomic office solutions’ make a company ready for the future, with healthy, creative and happy core staff, capable of giving best performance and inspired to bring the company to the top.

Herzlich Willkommen im Innenarchitekt Büro Hamburg von Barbara Hüttmann-Klingler!

Die eigenen vier Wände, sei es in einem eigenen Haus oder einer Mietwohnung sind der Rückzugsort für jeden Menschen. Hier wohnt man nicht nur, hier lebt man, hier ist man. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass die Wohnung oder das Haus im Inneren so eingerichtet und ausgestattet ist, dass sich ihre Bewohner wohl fühlen.
Damit die Wohnung oder das Haus nicht nur funktional, sondern auch gemütlich ist, Atmosphäre ausstrahlt und zum Verweilen einlädt, ist oftmals ein geschultes Auge nötig, das die Potenziale einer Immobilie von innen erkennt und ihre Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten voll ausschöpft. Genau das ist mein Anliegen bei meiner Arbeit als Innenarchitekt in Hamburg!

Mein Name ist Barbara Hüttmann-Klingler und ich bin als Innenarchitekt in Hamburg tätig. Ich habe mich bei der Inneneinrichtung in Hamburg und Umgebung auf den Objektbereich bei der Innenarchitektur im Raum Hamburg spezialisiert. Nach dem Studium der Innenarchitektur an der FH Detmold, das ich als Dipl.-Ing. Innenarchitektur erfolgreich abgeschlossen habe, lebe und arbeite ich seit 1984 als selbstständiger Innenarchitekt in Hamburg.

We have very intensely studied Feng Shui and found that many basic parts of Feng Shui are corresponding with ergonomics. The difference mainly is the kind of language used. While ergonomics is in scientific abstract language, Feng Shui describes complex psychological issues in an easy understandable picture like language.

To enhance collaboration also some structural methods of Feng Shui fit well to structure office.
